Pain Between Toes (Mortons Neuroma)

Pain Between Toes (Mortons Neuroma)

A localised and painful entrapment of nerve tissue at the ball of the foot, generally causing pain, tingling and/or numbness in the adjacent toes. Most frequently occurs between the 3rd and 4th metatarsal heads.

A Metatarsal Pad right behind the affected metarsal head is the most common remedy.

Or place a smaller, tear drop shaped neuroma pad a little further forward, with the crest of the pad under and in between the affected metatarsal heads to stop pinching the nerve.
